I specialize in styling natural hair, braiding, protective styling, wedding and event styling, color, cutting, crochet, and locs! A little information you need to know before becoming a part of the Crowned community: PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING!! - We offer luxury whipped body butters, bonnets, natural hair moisturizers and oils. Specializing in natural hair and protective styling, color, cuts and manipulating curly hair. - A confirmation text and email will be sent out the day you book your appointment and a reminder prior. Please confirm your appt prior to your appt otherwise there is a chance it can be canceled if there has been NO communication. If you fail to confirm your appointment it will be canceled and you will be charged 15% of the service with the card on file . - Home visits I do home visits depending on the distance and style starting at $25 and no more than $65 for travel. As i am a traveling stylist (between MI & GA) normally, i send out an email/text before i travel to Michigan for the 3rd/4th week of every month. - Braid Services Any custom additions to braided styles (such as curly ends, curly hair, beads, rubber bands, stitch techniques, added hair, intricate parting or braiding designs are 25$ extra. Please come detangled as a wash and dry is included with EVERY service. - Color Services - When you book color you must book your consultation first before your appointment. Consultations are done on Mondays. -Be realistic about getting your hair colored and colors you can achieve in one service as to protect the integrity of your hair FIRST. I will decline service if i am being asked to damage your hair. Requirements: To provide a quality service, while protecting the integrity of your hair, we will ensure your hair is healthy before service while also protecting your natural curl pattern. With the correct maintenance between appointments you’ll be able to maintain your natural curl pattern and the health and integrity of your hair. -Policies: - PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL ! everyone has a time slot, please have consideration for others time, plan ahead for traffic, accidents, and other unexpected traffic delays. Traffic is not an excuse for tardiness (this is more for MI Clients) -PLEASE DO NOT book on time sensitive days (flights, meetings, dinners, appointments, class, or work) - Late fee and Cancellation -After 15 mins into your appointment time there will be a $15 late fee NO EXCEPTIONS after 30 mins your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 15% of the cost of service using the card on file. -If you cancel/ reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours you will be charged a 15% fee - Deposit All deposits are non refundable and non transferable ! -You are responsible for cancelling and rescheduling your appointments. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non refundable . If you cancel/ reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours your deposit is non refundable. *I do not work over anyones work -to ensure we run on schedule I ask that once you start getting serviced you are no longer allowed to leave the chair or salon until your service is completed unless your service is longer than 4 hours, we will then incorporate a 30 min break. examples: "Can I step outside for a phone call?" "Can I run to the store?" “Can i pick my kid up from…?” -Please minimize phone use while being serviced - Shampoo and blow dry is complimentary to every service ! BUT in any instance you are short on time you are welcome to come shampooed for FASTER SERVICE. -please come with your hair detangled and taken down. We do offer take downs as a service . if we have to do any extensive detangling there will be a fee or your appointment may be canceled and you will be charged %15 of service using the card on file * Take your time while booking any service, if you have any further questions please call 248-880-0952 - Our business hours are 9am-7pm Tuesday-Saturday, if i am not able to answer at the time you call, please do not hesitate to call me back or I’ll get back to you at my earliest convenience! - Appts scheduled on holidays are subjected to additional service fees for the convenience.
